Joe Vigorito

 Joe Vigorito is the Director of Mobility & Security at Annese. For more than thirty years, Joe has led Information Security and Enterprise Infrastructure organizations including financial services, retail, oil & gas, specialty chemicals, healthcare, and many more. Joe's credentials include being both a Fellow and Diplomate for the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security. He is also certified in Disaster Preparedness and as a National Threat Analyst. Joe is also a member of Building Industry Consulting Services International, the Information Systems Security Association and the Information Systems Audit and Control Organization. Joe is a former Fortune 250 HIPAA Security Officer, as well as CISO and Chief Privacy Officer. Though Joe is also a Homeland Security Emergency Manager, he spends most of his free time cooking a variety of Italian dishes for his family or entertaining his two cats, Hunter and Cairo, volunteering any remaining time to Wounded Warriors and Fisher House.

Michael Hommer

Mike has been in the IT industry for over 20 years covering a broad spectrum of networking and infrastructure solutions. He joined NetApp in 2008 and most recently was an Enterprise SE in the New Jersey District. Prior to NetApp, Mike worked for consulting firms designing and deploying data centers around the globe such as Tokyo, Frankfurt and London. He also managed a network equipment testing lab where he put the latest gear from Cisco, HP, Juniper and other vendors through their paces for magazine and private reviews. 

Mike Nobers
Wombat Security

As Senior Channel Manager, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of the Wombat Channel Partner program from sales, support, marketing, operations and new partner recruitment. Mike actively leads channel partner discussions and presentations on current security awareness market trends and new technology. Mike has also held senior management roles with Verizon Wireless and AT&T Solutions.

Phil Birmingham

Phil is the Director of the Collaboration Practice at Annese and focuses on the quality of customer experiences. In his previous life, Phil was a Radar Systems Engineer with a focus on missile fire control systems and surveillance systems placed along the Arctic circle. He enjoys wood working and fishing in his free time. Phil is certified in CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Route/Switch, CISSP, VMWare VCP, NetApp Accredited Technical Sales Professional, VMware Sales Professional, and VMware-VTSP.

Rus Healy

Chief Technology Architect at Annese, Rus holds a number of technical certifications in routing and switching, data center, and cloud technologies. Rus is a 10-year Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), a 10-year Annese employee, and a published author. Scott Dion

Scott is a Solutions Architect on the Collaboration team and is based in Albany. Scott has been with Annese since 2006 and is a past recipient of the company's highest recognition—the Frank J. Annese Award for Customer Excellence. In his free time, Scott enjoys being on the water and camping in the summer with his wife and two daughters. Scott’s certifications are: CCDA, Cisco Unity Design & Networking, TelePresence Express, and UCCX Specialist.

Jason Boyers

Jason is a Senior Systems Engineer for Mobility & Security at Annese and is based out of Rochester, NY. Jason has more than 16 years of IT experience, beginning his career at IBM. He has been with Annese since 2003, taking a lead role in installation, troubleshooting, and support. Jason enjoys playing music with his family of instrumentalists and singers. His certifications include: CCIE Wireless, CCNP Security, Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA), and CISSP.

Mike McGuire

Mike is a Cloud Specialist at Annese, based in Albany. His role is to enable client innovation through cloud solutions. A seasoned IT professional, Mike is a graduate of SUNY Albany and began his career with IBM before founding his own software consulting firm, which provided solutions to the State/Local Government and Public Safety Agencies. Mike's certifications include: AWS Business Professional, AWS Technical Professional, and AWS TCO & Cloud Economics.

Blake Maras

Blake is an Associate Data Center Solutions Architect at Annese and is based in the Buffalo office.  Blake currently specializes in rack infrastructure such as racks, cabling, cable management, cooling and UPS power solutions.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management and holds certifications from VMware, Microsoft, NetApp, APC, and Comptia.  Blake enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, studying business, and reading biographies of entrepreneurs. He has been known to tinker with computers in his off-time, play jazz piano, and enjoys model railroading and brewing craft beers.

Phil Spitze

Phil is a Cloud Solutions Architect at Annese and is based in Syracuse, NY. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Training from Keene State College and a master's in Buddhist Studies from the International Buddhist College in Thailand. In his spare time, Phil is a nature photographer and photography instructor. 

Paul Fletcher
Alert Logic

Paul Fletcher has over 20 years of experience in information technology and security. Prior to joining Alert Logic, Fletcher advised executive level leadership in the energy, retail, and financial sectors regarding emerging security threats and mitigation strategies. Additionally, he has worked with Fortune 50 organizations, the Department of Defense, and critical infrastructure organizations to implement risk management plans and security solution designs. His other specialties include network security, customer data integrity, application security, forensics investigation, threat intelligence, and incident response. Fletcher holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). 

Bob Winters

Bob is a Data Center Virtualization Solutions Architect at Annese and has 26 years of industry experience. He enjoys collaborating with and designing solutions for customers that bridge technology with their business goals. When he's not at work, Bob enjoys spending time with his three kids and playing ice hockey and golf. Bob is a VMware certified VCP-5 DC.

Mark Amyot

Mark is a Data Center Systems Engineer at Annese with experience in the execution of installation, configuration, troubleshooting, cutover support, and training. Mark is a dedicated father, husband, and friend who seeks adventure for those willing to enjoy the ride. Mark's list of certifications include: CCA, CCP, Dell EqualLogic Technical Certification, Dell-Top Gun Storage Architect, MCSE Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Certification, NetApp Accredited Installation (NAIP), NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE-SAN), VMware-VCP-5 DC, and VMware-VTSP.

Garrett Raymond

Garrett is a Data Center Solutions Architect at Annese and is based in Syracuse, NY. He has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Computer Science from SUNY Fredonia and holds a VMware VCA-DCP certificate. Garrett brings significant experience in the areas of backup and recovery, VMware operations, storage optimization, and host configuration in both the financial and education space.

Mark Dingee

Mark is a Data Center Systems Engineer at Annese, holding several VMware and NetApp certifications. He graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry.  Mark is certified in Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Support Specialist, NetApp Accredited Installation (NAIP), NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE-SAN), VMware-VCP-5 DC, and VMware-VTSP.

Peter Allen

Peter is a Data Center Virtualization Solutions Architect who develops technical solutions to address different client needs. When he is not spending time with his wife and daughter, you can find him on the slopes snowboarding. Peter’s certifications include: Citrix Certified Technical Sales Professional, NetApp Accredited Technical Sales Professional, VMware Sales Professiona,l VMware-VCP-5 DC, VMware-VTSP, and VMware-VTSP Hybrid.

David M. Gervon

Dave has been in the technology industry for over 10 years. During this time he has had a range of positions at a reseller including marketing, sales and project management, and now Channel Management at Cisco Meraki. Dave brings knowledge and enthusiasm to every conversation and presentation while educating his audience. He is an expert in the field of cloud managed enterprise and holds a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Computer Science and an M.A. in Strategic Communications. 

Jim Kennedy

Jim is a Business Development Specialist at Annese focusing on Mobility & Security. He has achieved several key certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and NetApp, and has accrued a wealth of industry knowledge with more than 24 years of experience working in IT in legal publishing, insurance, SaaS, and technology partners. Jim is a graduate of Siena College and is based in Albany, NY.  In Jim’s free time, he enjoys boating and hiking with his girls and working out.

Mike Hurley

Mike is a Senior Solutions Architect on the Mobility & Security team who started working in IT at the age of 15. A world traveler, Mike visited Iceland and Russia before settling down and becoming a dad. Now, he can be found biking or doing yard work in his spare time. Mike’s certifications are: CCIE Collaboration and Certification Information Systems Security Professional (ISC)2.

Jason Forcht

Jason is a Security Systems Engineer with FireEye. Over his three years tenure, he has helped protect his client accounts from todays most sophisticated, intrusive and targeted threats.  He has been focused on information security for ten years with previous positions held at Symantec, Siemens, and Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.   He has been a certified Microsoft Instructor since 1996 and was one of the first SharePoint instructors.  

Gonen Stein

Gonen Stein, CloudEndure's VP of Business Development, comes with over 15 years of experience providing IT solutions to Fortune 500 companies and forming strategic alliances with world-class technology and service providers. He is a dynamic speaker who is able to delve deeply into technology issues while integrating business and financial considerations. Prior to joining CloudEndure, Gonen held strategic roles at Safend, Wave Systems, and CTERA Networks. His areas of expertise include cloud computing, storage, workload migration, business continuity and enterprise security.

Haider Witwit

Haider Witwit is a Solutions Architect with AWS Worldwide Public Sector US Partners. He helps AWS customers understand best practices around cloud-based solutions and how to best architect workloads that efficiently and effectively utilize AWS to meet their goals. Previous to his experience at AWS, Haider spent over 10 years in industry as Infrastructure Engineer and Consultant, focusing on Networking and System Engineering in building and designing solutions on the cloud and on-premises. Haider graduated from University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2002.

Scott Plamondon

Scott is a Cloud Solutions Architect at Annese and is based in Albany, NY. He has six years of experience in the information systems field and has done work for a number of sectors including government, finance, technology, department of defense, and education. When he's not experimenting with new technologies (like Augmented/Virtual Reality!), you can find Scott high up in the mountains snowboarding all over the globe or brewing his own beer. 

Sean Collins

As a Technical Channel Manager for Rivered, Sean is responsible for enabling Riverbed Partners to become technically fluent on the Riverbed solutions.  He plays a key role in working with our partners to extend the technical reach of Riverbed solutions to the end customers.  Sean has spent many years in a customer support role supporting partners and end customers before moving into a technical sales and technical channel roles.   Sean has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry working with different vendors including Brocade, Cisco, Avaya and Alcatel.
